What you can record
Mark each check clear, follow up, concern, or not checked. Add notes about what you saw or were told. Then enter your own tax, legal, survey, moving, work, and reserve figures to see the cash you would need at asking price. You can print a comparable record for a property; no account or checkout is required.
What it cannot decide
The record does not diagnose defects, value a home, rank properties, recommend an offer, calculate tax, assess a mortgage, or replace a surveyor, solicitor, or financial adviser. An agent or seller answer is a follow-up to verify, not proof of title, condition, or cost.
Where your record stays
Browser and mobile records stay on your device unless you choose to print, export, copy, or share them. Analytics count progress without sending property references, addresses, notes, or financial figures. See the privacy notice.
